What It Is Actually Like
We are fully remote, run from a home base in Franklin, Tennessee. The team is small, so you talk to Rich directly. Good ideas do not wait for a meeting.
You will work on products worth caring about. We sell structures people build in their own backyards, and we stand behind them.
We are growing fast. What you build this month is live for customers the next. There is no bureaucracy to hide behind and no title to slow you down.

Customer Experience Specialist
Remote / Franklin, TNYou are the first voice a customer hears. You handle inquiries, follow up on leads, and make sure every buyer feels taken care of from first question to delivered product.
Looking for
- Comfortable on the phone and via email with high-ticket buyers
- Organized enough to track multiple leads at different stages
- Genuinely interested in outdoor living products, not just the job
Product Specialist, Outdoor Living
Remote / Franklin, TNYou know these products. You help customers choose the right structure for their space and answer the questions contractors usually skip.
Looking for
- Background in construction, woodworking, landscaping, or outdoor living
- Can explain technical specs in plain language
- Comfortable making recommendations and standing behind them
Freight and Logistics Coordinator
Remote / Franklin, TNYou keep orders moving. You coordinate with suppliers and carriers, communicate delivery timelines to customers, and manage damage claims when something goes wrong.
Looking for
- Experience with LTL freight or supply chain coordination
- Detail-oriented and calm under pressure
- Good communicator who can translate logistics language into plain English
