How much do these structures cost?
Motorized louvered pergolas range from $15,500 to $34,500 depending on size and color. Outdoor kitchen islands and gas fire features are quoted per project, because both get configured around your space and the appliances you choose. Do I need a contractor to install it?
For most of our products, no. Louvered pergola kits are designed for two-person DIY installation over a weekend. Modular outdoor kitchen sections assemble with basic tools in a day. Do I need a permit?
It depends on your city and county. Most freestanding structures under 200 square feet do not require a permit, but rules vary. Tell us your address before you order and we will help you figure out what applies to your situation. We would rather you know upfront than be surprised later.
What if it does not fit my space?

What base does it need?
Most pergolas work on concrete, pavers, an existing deck, or a new pad. Outdoor kitchen sections sit directly on any level hard surface. We walk you through the base requirements for every product before anything ships.
